This collection introduces students to the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. They will explore their responsibilities and how they can advocate for themselves and others when these rights are violated. They will also explore the judicial system in relation to upholding fundamental rights. Students will create a timeline of a selected groups’ rights within Canada.
